Totally find this place to be dishonest! I brought my vehicle in due to a problem I was having with my 535i. They quoted me a ridiculous amount and claimed that my head gasket was leaking and needed to be replaced. They quoted me $4600! I laughed and declined any further service, replaying that for that price I might as well take the car to the BMW dealer which I was trying t aviod due to high maintenance prices. They then did a thorough inspection and found nothing of the sort. My coolant system had not been burped and bled properly and was causing air pockets in the coolant system.BMW only charged $186. Way to take take advantage of a woman’s “presumed” ignorance of cars. Allows get a 2nd and 3rd opinion...FYI
