I like taking my 2 year old here when we need to have inside fun on a hot day. Fortunately, I can go with her during weekdays when it's not too busy. However, as much as I enjoy the new play passes where I no longer have to carry coins all around - there are some machines that will break down, eat my funds, etc and I lose that money because there is usually a long wait to get an attendant out to look at it. With a toddler running around, I don't have 7 mins to sit and wait for someone to come out. She's would have already taken off and played another 5 games in that time frame. Also, they usually only have one person working the counter. This person is in charge of checking in new arrivals; doing the prize counter; and checking you out when you're ready to leave. This works only in your favor when you're the new arrival. They will accommodate you first. If you're waiting for the prize counter, be prepared for a 10 min wait or more of there are people coming in. In the same aspect, because they do take so long to check you out with your kids -- sad to say that I have walked out of here with my daughter and no one noticed! What if I were taking someone else's child?! They need to have more help at the front desk.
